don't deal w/ autorice.com
ordered a s600 grill, clear corners, and smoked tails on Dec 15 and I am yet to receive anything. After 3 emails he replied on Dec 17 stating everything was shipped, from Vancouver to Toronto.
Money was sent to him via paypal on Dec 15
Should take 3 days for a parcel to get to Toronto from Vancouver... 4 days max! Nothing is here
I have written him 5 times and no reply, whats funny is previously I used to get a reply within minutes when inquiring about placing my order
anyway, filing a fraud/investigation complaint with paypal by the weekend.
too bad.. previous few times I dealt with Jaime he was ok
don't get me wrong, if he doesnt have the product I can understand, and I will be patient if he sets a 2 month expectation date .. I just don't appreciate being lied to when he said everything was shipped on Dec 17 and yet there is nothing here!
Other people I know sent him emails and he replied to them, so he is not dead/ on vacation ... there is no excuse!

I think if you search in the forums here you would find other similar anecdotes. Not sure though, everyone will need to search first. Might be a good idea if anyone is thinking about dealing with any vendors.

omfg all you people buy "S600 parts" "S55 Parts" etc... with all this **** you put in your cars you could have gotten either one in the first place! I have no respect for people who badge their S with AMG or V12 badges- If you put a AMG body kit on your car I don't care, as long as you don't badge it

1. you sound like a girl,.. you are a guy I assume, try to act like one when you are expressing your concern.
2. I did not talk about re-badging anything AMG, heck I am not even buying AMG wheels for my car because I dont see the big deal with them
3. a S600 grill refers to a grill with thicker chrome stripes, it looks better than the one with thin stripes, the term s600 is used because I dont know how else to explain it, and for $100 cdn, it looks better than the stock grill.
4. no one really cares whether you care or not, in fact, if you made it your purpose in life to have people care about your opinion, you would fail because no one will ever care what you think...Opinions are like a**holes,.. everyone's got one, incl you...you must learn to respect the fact that there are individuals different than you and I, and there are those who will unfortunately badge their cars as a V12 (although I have no idea why you brought it up as it doesnt really relate to anything I have posted above). I may not approve... you obviously don't approve either, but frankly I don't give a flying f**k what others wanna do to their cars.

Instead of letting your blood boil everytime you read a comment and you don't fully understand it... or when you see a car with untasteful/imitation mods, go to a coffee shop, get a large Irish Cream cofee, lotsa cream, bit of brown sugar, + some whipped cream, take a nice long drive, put on some Jazz and think happy thoughts... you will be a happier person

RRevolution: I agree things take time.. my concern is an email I received from him on Dec 17 stating everything has been shipped (no tracking # given), and he has not replied to any of my follow up emails, but he has been responding to my friends email/ inquiries.
That means:
1. he lied, and nothing was shipped on Dec 17
2. he is still looking to make more sales as he is returning potential clients emails
3. he doesnt have anything in stock... he takes orders and has his wholesaler send u the stuff 6 months later, meanwhile he ignores all your emails

I have almost the same exerience with other dealer an here is the info. With PayPal you have only 30 days to make a claim (the bad news is that right now you are late) but for the next time dont wait too long to file the complaint. On the other hand you should continue with your advertising of what happend to you because in my ersonal situation that's what help me, find out if the site make advertising in other forums and go inside that forums and start your "real" advertising of your experinece with them.

So get get offended when someone else steals their thunder by falsely badging own car. I alwas ask: If you owned a genuine Vangoh, will it really matter to to you that their is a replica being sold for 50cents in Brooklyn?

I will agree with you in all of what you say to Mr Brabus55AMG, what is his problem? if he has an original let the other people live their life with their cars. be cool, relax brabus.
