S63 / S 65 Convertibles
Just wanted to briefly introduce myself to this Forum.
As some of you may have noticed, this forum's title now includes those of who have or have ordered an AMG S Class Cabrio.
Mine (S63) is on order with a mid-June production date and EDP delivery early-mid August.
Looking forward to 3 months of fun with the car in Europe.

Congrats on the order. I have a deposit down, awaiting a dealer allocation at the moment.
The southern AMG representative was at my local dealer yesterday performing training with the S63 cabrio that was on display at Amelia a few weeks back. Lucky *******. All he does is drive around in that thing. It only further solidified my order, though I expect I won't see it until late 2016.

I also found getting an allocation difficult. Hopefully you won't have to wait too long for yours.

I've been waiting about a month for an allocation slot to open. I'm getting designo Diamond White, which is "production limited".

It appears that the US-Spec. Cabrios don't yet have an official "release date".

Really weird that the S550 and S63 Cabrios are up on the configurator with pricing and everything, but they aren't released to dealers yet. The website update and the release usually go hand in hand. That said, this is an unbelievably stunning Mercedes.

I'm in S FL too and have a '16 S550 Coupe with the AMG sports pkg 20's and a whole host of options. The coupes are great cars and I'm sure you'll luv it. If you have any questions feel free to ask away or pm.

Our pickup date has been advanced to this Friday
and we'll have the car for 4 months in Europe rather than the 3 mentioned earlier. 
I understand that this July 1st pickup date makes our car one of the first US spec. S63 cabs to be released. In any case, we're flying into Stuttgart tomorrow and really looking forward to the Friday events.

My S63 cabrio is built and is on the ground somewhere in Canada--probably still near the docks in Nova Scotia awaiting emissions approval--It was to have been in my driveway 1st week of June--Love the VW issue that has affected us all

Finally---my S63 Cabrio has been released and should be at the dealer in a few days.

Billy, does your cabriolet have 4G/LTE connectivity ? I've heard a rumor the MY17 cars will have the new radio module from the W213.
The cabriolet was kind of a MY16-1/2 release so maybe it will only come with the coupe, which apparently hasn't even started production yet.
