S63 seats compared to S500's

Hello,

I'm thinking between S500 4matic coupe or S63 coupe 4matic (or sedan) but for me quite big issue is the seats. I'm normal size (181cm / 80kg) and S500 coupes seats are very good for me. I tested out CLS63 and those seats were too small for me.

Can I expect same issues with S63 seats (coupe or sedan..)? Problem is that my dealer don't have any S63's that I could test out the seats.

The S500 & S63 seats are the same, except for the leather pattern detail which very between the non-AMG and AMG models. They are much nicer are more accomodating than the CLS seats for sure. In fact, they may well be the best seats of any automobile.

Agreed, the seats are the same between the two models. I drove an S 63 coupe yesterday and the seats were sublime. The GL 63 seats have very high bottom bolsters, which make them too narrow for my body frame, because they do not have the active curve support that the S class does.

Maybe both cars had different settings on bolsters?
Play with adjustment and you will find them perfectly comfy (I'm 6'4", 220lbs)

I tried adjusting the CLS's drivers seat but find it still little too squeezing for me.

Is the S63 coupe's driver's seat exactly the same than in S63 sedan?

MB make over 1 million different seats, so I'm guessing they're not exactly the same.

If not exactly the same, they are very similar in design. I don't think you will find a nicer or more comfortable car seat in any vehicle.

Outstanding seats

At my age and size I want comfort

with a good fit

I just returned home from dropping

my car off for a EGR filter replacement

While waiting for the driver I sat in a brand

new Rolls 2 door cabrio and the seats

did not work for me like the ones in the

S63 coupe

Since everyone is built differently

the S class seats might not work for everyone

but I have yet to find a seat nicer than the S class seats

Thank-You
D.B.

The seats that come in the W222, C217, and even the A217 are all the same. I agree as well, the S class is very comfortable!
