Not many options on the S65, except for the CCBs and interior/exterior carbon fiber packs. All have the Swarovski headlamps, night vision, Burmester High End, Designo interior, etc.
Generally they are not worth much more than highly optioned S63 of same year with similar miles. Of course since 2019 was the last year for S65, there will be no new cars as of 2020 so that might help stabilize prices. The V12 and hydraulic suspension get very expensive to maintain out of warranty, more so than V8 and air suspension, which factors into the resale pricing as these cars age.

Just to give you an idea, a friend of mine was trying to trade in his 2018 (updated vs 2017)S65 Coupe, $257k MSRP, 5500 miles.
Dealer shopped the car all over the country and the best offer was $140k.

CL500 never had airmatic. The S63 has air suspension, the S65 has hydraulic. It is a revised ABC system with many new features
The S63 4matic has the airmatic. It can be optioned with the ABC for the earlier years. All S65 are ABC. You are incorrect if you think ABC is more expensive to maintain over the life of the car.
