The modes include eco, comfort, sport, sport+ and individual. In individual which you set your own parameters like engine, suspension, eco start/stop, steering, etc.

Yes, there's the Individual mode as said. This mode is your personal profile that allows you to mix and match the different settings for suspension etc. to your liking For example you can have the engine/transmission in the sportiest setting, but he suspension in comfort. If you have the steering wheel drive mode selector, then the Individual mode (I*) is between Slippery and Comfort, so you probably didn't turn the knob far enough. You can also directly jump to the Individual mode by pressing the knob instead of turning it.
