Hi Guys:
new here and looking for a few items. No drill front license plate bracket/holder...... also, who makes black mesh grill protectors to prevent "stuff" from going through to the radiators?

Thank you, I have been in touch with Peter Langdon at Zunnssort, to see if he can make me a full set.
Any suggetions on the no drill license plate frame..... seesm like the S 63 should be the same as most others, as far as thread pitch is concerned, but no one has any availability. I checked with Rennline, Pelican, and a few others. No luck. Curious, though, if you break down on the road and Mercrdes dispatches a flat bed, the driver will use a universal tow hook, so not sure whey this is so difficult
My license plate bracket is in the wrapper in the trunk. What state? Just curious as most go by if there is no mount there is no need for the plate.
Try 3M molding tape (can buy o Amazon) same as used for moldings and access. Once on it isn't coming off till you want and it won't damage the paint but is work to get it off. Cut it, struck it on, pull off plastic and install.
Zunsport does not make a protective grill set for the S 63. So far, the only place that might be interested in making a prototype is Rennline, in Vermont. I am waiting for them to get back to me to tell me when they could take measurements and do a mock up......my last communication with them and they indicated it would be 7-8 months before they could be ready for me......

Awesome - let me know how it goes . I can see it being a massive vacuum during the fall / winter season with our open front bumpers. Zund also responded to me and asked they'd be interested in producing it for us if we can give him the measurements / mockups. Anyone in the UK can contact they'd be interested in it.
Going to bump this thread again - fall /. winter time is fastly approaching and i can foresee my car as a big shovel in the front. Has there been any solutions for our front intercooler guardS?
I tried the no drill license plate holder. It looked absolutely horrible on my car and stuck out too far. I ended up just having my MB dealer drill the holes. It's just a car, it looks fine. I could care less now after stressing about it for months before I actually had them do it. I'm in Maryland and I'd get tickets in DC most everytime I drove there if I didn't have a front license plate on, where I park there. They have ticket people on the Sundays when meters don't need to be fed JUST ticketing Maryland drivers for a no front license plate. Quite the racket. I gave up and could care less now, like I said, it's just a car.
WORST THING I'VE EVER SEEN ON AN S CLASS BELOW! This is the solution they thought would work for my car. I returned it the same day. this looks horrible.
MUCH BETTER! Holes? Who cares? Not me, anymore... I get no tickets and never stress about it now.
