Vehicle is completely stock. 2016 Mercedes S63 4matic. Full tank of gas, tire pressures set at 30psi. Still learning about this Dragy thing. It was fun. Did these runs and more on the highway, very late at night. Will try and get some better runs in.
managed to did quite a few runs. the launch is painfully slow to be honest. but the result of quarter mile is basically what i expected. the tires are really not ideal, two are winter tires and two are cheap all seasons. have no idea why the previous owner put them on like that. but i did not notice loss of traction so i guess a better set of tires wont really help.

Got my car’s ecu tuned by eurocharged the next day. The car did pull harder especially on higher rpm. Unfortunately the tcu strictly limit the torque on lower gears which makes launching miserable. I did get better result on 0-60. But from what I understand I really need to tune the tcu to get higher power, torque and boost at lower gears.
the first try I did I simply floor it from a dead stop. The results from my second reply I held down both brake and gas half way before lift the brake off. However both times I left esp on, will try disable it.

right, I haven’t had a tcu upgrade but I feel the same way. The launching power just doesn’t seem to be there compared to my previous awd vehicles. I’ve considered driving down to RENNtech FL, usa for upgrade just a big commitment.

It's no longer necessary to drive to Renntech for a TCU tune, your nearest certified installer can do it.
