Again I would first make sure I have all of the service invoices to your S63 which will show how many times AND days your car has been to the dealer for the same issues you are having. Make sure you have all of the invoices and only then contact Mercedes Benz of Canada whom oversees all of the authorize Mercedes dealers in Canada because once you escalate this to corporate, it “might” be harder to get missing service invoices.

https://www.daimler.com/company/nort...nz-canada.html
If Mercedes Benz of Canada denies your claim for buyback, find a lawyer who specializes Mercedes vehicle buybacks and is willing to take on the case and get paid only if they win the case.
Best of luck!

Quck update :
They involved Mercedes Canada this time as well and so far they replaced all the injectors again and replaced Fuel pressure hose and Fuel pressure pump . They are keeping my car for an extra week and will be doing test drives with it everyday up until next week. Keep everyone posted how it goes! They believe this should fix the issues here on.

Great to hear! Hopefully the fix lasts and that you can enjoy your beautiful piece of art again when it is in your hands again.Originally Posted by Hedges

Agreed. I've been looking around at Taycans / Panameras Turbo S etc but at end of the day the only way i'll be replacing my 2018 s63 is a newer s63 now!Originally Posted by W205C43PFL

^That, I am curious as well, hopefully all is fixed and you are enjoying your car now.
So everything is fixed. They've only replaced injectors / sparkplugs each and every single time! Give or take a hose or two . Finally they fixed the Fuel Pressure line and Fuel Pressure pump this very last time and it seemed that all the problems went away.
All the crazy idling when starting the car
The sudden shaking rumbling of the car when accelerating
No power when pressing the gas
Alot of gas smell when starting car
All this has seem to be fixed after the fuel pressure line and fuel pressure pump was fixed along with replacement of the injectors / sparkplugs.
Finally driving my car without too much problems so far!

Check engine light is on
Car would not turn on at times or struggle to turn on
After turning on the idle would jump up like crazy before returning back to normal
idles very rough.
The starting signs of a injectors / spark plugs / fuel pump issues again....
Going to drop it off dealer today before it leads to bigger issues . I think i can already tell dealer where the issue is. Warranty ends in Decemeber so i may pick up extended warranty if i decide to keep OR i replace with a newer s63.

So far Dealership said they involved MB Canada and will escalate it further into Germany. It maybe a whole new engine .
Either way at this point - i dont even care any more. Just fix it / patch it up , i am going to get rid of it asap and jump into something new! G63 or Porsche unsure yet... Need a 5 seater for 3 kids lol

If they do get you a new engine and you never had other problems with the car I think the car is a keeper but if they give you a rebuild engine from another car since they aren't rebuilding yours then that is a different story.Originally Posted by Hedges

That being said, since it is the same transmission, same diffs, same everything else.... it might not be a good idea at the end. You decide of course

Either way, hope they get it resolved as soon as possible so you are back on the road for the time being until you find the car you want to get. If you haven't heard already, which I believe you did. MBUSA is suspending production of MY22 63 AMGs across the lineup and G550 amid chip shortages (while others are speculating emissions) I have a friend that lives in the GTA that had a 2022 G63 canceled so this too affect MB Canada. I also seen high ADM on 63 models of cars especially the G63. Anyways, good luck and I hope you find what you want, keep us updated with your decision.

Jesus H. Crist, this is simply terrible news! I can't believe that this is happening to you, again. I am very sorry to hear this news. Now, Germany is involved, what are they going to do send over the tech who built the motor? I wonder what "defective" part(s) they will find, Regardless, this is unacceptable for you, and I am very sad to hear that you have to go through this all over again. Mercedes buyback? As for Porsche, do your research. I worked for them for a bit, and the V8 turbo (Panamera) has its issues, too! As for the Taycan, the new electric technology is having multiple growing pains.
Hedges, I wish you the best with this crappy situation.

WOW, looks like this dealership was pretty thorough in their work. I sure hope this fixes the GD problem for you, once and for all!
I hope that you can still enjoy driving the car. GL

Sigh, if you are losing your patience, perhaps start shopping for something else. Good luck.

Weird, for some reason you said you put a deposit on a cayenne turbo s and then when I actually reply ... you simply said Porsche, I tried refreshing and the words "cayenne turbo s" magically disappeared.
But if you do end up with a cayenne turbo s, at least a V8 wouldn't be one of things you would miss.

Will do! CLS63 had exact same problem (i bought new) and now the S63 giving me exact same problem! I previously had C63 and the E63 as daily. I am going for a daily driver cayenne coupe turbo and will be putting down a 911 992 GTS fun car.Originally Posted by W205C43PFL
