135,000 miles on my 222 S65. Drive it daily. Love it. Don't love the rate at which it eats tires. I may have something to do with that.
I parted company with my 221 S65 at just over 150,000 miles. It required a LOT more babysitting than the 222 car does.

My 2007 W221 S65 AMG just hit 175,000 miles, runs great only consumable items replaced ie Spark plugs, alternator, charcoal canister, transmission conductor plate and of course lots of tires over the past 6 years. Only thing that scares me is a $2 o-ring that requires removal of the cylinder heads to replace…

What are the spendiest projects you have done on the 222?

222 S-65 got front suspension lower arms at 88,000 miles along with (original) brake pads. Carbon Ceramic rotors are original and show zero wear. Not long after that she got a pulsation damper for MBC.
More recently I gave her front suspension upper control arms. She got a water pump, pullies and serpentine belt at 110,000 miles or so. Bearing suddenly just up and failed. She has got many many fluid changes. Too many tires to count. Alignments with each set of tires. I've done spark plugs twice. Replaced a coil for an intermittent rough idle. That one was a treat to find. No codes.
Most expensive? Windshields. Glass is uber expensive. I'm in the business so I get a break but insurance won't pay for another window without doing truly obscene things to already confiscatory rates.
Love the car! The 221 car spat a main bearing shell into the chains at 78,000 miles for an engine replacement. That was a $17,000 treat to do.
FWIW the two cars I've had with ABC and MBC.... Only issue with both has been replacement of pulsation dampeners at the pump to cure the growl. 221 car had a left front strut that would drip at full droop on the hoist. Didn't leak otherwise. Never did replace that strut.
221 car had a voice control module fail that took out the MOST loop until I figured that out and replaced it with an inexpensive used part.
221 car also got front suspension arms every 30,000 miles. Like clockwork. The balljoints would be squeaky sloppy dead.
221 car also had forever warped brakes. Even after giving it the Brembo rotors on hats and fancy solid calipers. I'm just famously hard on brakes. Among other things.

The only thing, sensors from the ABC suspension has been replaced repeatedly.
Great, great car, the best MB and AMG has build IMO!

10th windshield...Oh my goodness. I barely had my car for a couple weeks before the windshield cracked. I thought it was just me. I have a s63 V8, not the V12, but I'm pretty sure they use the same windshield.
