Need some all season. Preferably but can settle for winter and do a swap when summer comes. Anywhere that has all season or winter tire for this car? NYC has some pretty nasty winter's.

Yea ai saw that one for sure but looks like it's my only option. Do you swap them out locally or do you have separate rims for winter and summer?

I picked up a second of rims and just swap them out at home, I have swamped them using one set of rims on the m5 several years ago and never had a problem, I highly suggest winter and not all season on a car like this, the performance in snow and ice will be amazing as long as it is not too deep.

Awesome, now to look for some rims and a small lift so o can do the changes myself. Also need to look for storage for the summer rims as I don't want them sitting in my apartment. Hehehe

I'm still looking for rims as the only ones offered were from the dealer and it's 12k. Also the winter weather is about to hit New York soon as this Friday it's going to be 40 degrees as the high.

Well after driving the AMG GT with the Michelin 4s yesterday in the snow - I've never been more scared in my life. Obviously I was expecting it to be bad but there's no stopping or steering at all.
Just forwarning for those that haven't had to drive in inclement weather yet. Definitely swap out for winter tires. It's that horrible.

I found mine on this forum and couldn't be happier with the car in snow. The pirellis are fabulous, we had about 3" of snow and significant black ice yesterday, the car performed great.

I just drove out the dealership with those winter tires one and I have to say it feels much better than the summer tires I had on. Less noise and better comfort. Wonder if I should look into different summer tires than the Michelin 4s... Any suggestions?

I didn't drive it in under 50F weather. I had them changed to the Pirelli but what I meant was the Pirelli's are quieter and better ride than the Michelins. Wonder if there should be another set of summer tires I should look into that offers better ride feel and acoustics.

Rhere are probably numerous tyres from brands such as Continental, etc that will provide a more compliant ride than the PS4s. You will lose some handling benefits of course, but that may not be important to you.
Check the Tirerack for options as they have good first hand reviews of the tyres they sell, along with objective data they’ve gathered.

Yea I've looked on tirerack and based on ratings the ones I have now are the best. I wanted some user feedback on other tires as I'm not going to run this car on the track and it's more of my daily driver and to be honest in NYC I can barely get over 30 miles without a cop or traffic stopping me plus those pesky hidden cameras. I guess I'm looking for more comfort oriented tires with some performance behind it in the rare instance that I can hit 100+. Hope that makes more sense in what I'm looking for. Any recommendation on tires would be awesome. I got several months before the weather gets better as it's currently in the mid 20s right now. lol
