After being an active Lexus owner and formum member for the last 10 years I made the switch and got a 2017 C 300 sport sedan in polar white.
I immediately had the window tints done at 15% all around and then I had my professional detailer come out and do full new car prep which included a waterless wash, Clay, buffing to get out the imperfections, washing the car down to strip the wax off, and then after all that the car was ceramic coated with Beeds HD.
I'm so excited at how the car looks all shined up, that I thought I would post some pics. If anybody's in the Los Angeles area and looking for a high-end detail that includes the ceramic coating please hit me up and I'll give you the recommendation. If you are not familiar with ceramic coating on cars please ask me about it and I'll give you my thoughts. I wont own a car without it because it makes it so much easier to clean it and it adds another layer of clear coat to your paint.
Happy Thanksgiving hope you enjoy the pics !!!
Special shout out to Ian at Gloss Angeles who didn't incredible job making the polar white paint on my 2017 C300 Sport sedan look incredible
The pic you see here is the coating that was applied to the taillights and also to the headlights .
My intent here was to show that polor white which has no metallic properties to it, can shine. I was also happy with my detailers results. I'm not trying to show anyone up. I take pride in the ownership and maintenance if my cars.
I had no idea each one of your responses would be so rude and inconsiderate.
Looks good! I have been disapointed with the factory shine on my polar white C450. I have done some paint correction on the hood to remove factory (or dealer) swirls. They did not fully come out as easily as I thought they would. This is my first Benz so not sure how hard the clear coat is... I used Meguiars M105 mildly for several passes, followed up by M205 to finish up. I expected those minor swirls to be gone but a lot stayed behind. I ran out of time and didn`t continue but there is certainly some work to be done to mine to get it 100%...

Thanks for such a kind welcoming to your forum.
By the way, I'm also a girl.
Do you mean you should be treated differently because youre a girl?

Not at all. I think as a new member I shouldn't be treated rudely. I never said my car was the best. I simply was sharing the work done on my car which I thought brought out the luster in the paint. Also my paint is over 2 months old. This is the 4th car I coated within days of taking delivery, without any issues. The manufacturer of the product states as it cures the shine deepens. Since each detailer has to be authorized by BEEDS OFFICIAL to use their product and it can't be bought from anyone else, I thought his comments and facts would be quite accurate.

Thanks for the post!
That was my point. Polor white wasn't my first choice in color. I wanted iridium silver. But my dealer who is one of the largest dealers in Los Angeles wasn't getting any in this color and the package I wanted until probably April or May 2017. I needed to get out of my Lexus RC 350 because it sits way too low and was killing my pre-existing back condition. So I decided to go for the polar white knowing very well that my detailer would make it shine. I don't think I've ever owned a car without some form of metallic in the paint which I don't believe polar white has. I try to eliminate the swirls with my washing method where I only use microfiber towels and a Meguiars professional detailer rent rinseless wash and wax D115 that my detailer helped develop with Meguiars. I have found to be very effective and maintaining my cars as it emulsifies the dirt and allows me to wipe it off very safely. Swirls or introduced by your washing methods.
