2017 AMG GT
Finally!
I have been wanting one of these cars since they started taking orders for GTSs. I was injured back then and couldn't handle the entry/ exit. Well after a long recovery I'm much better. I was at the dealer yesterday and said "hey let me sit in this GT". I got in. I got out. I got in. I got out. I got in. I got out. I got in. I got out. This is in the middle of the showroom. The sales guys and customers are looking at me like I'm insane.
So I traded in my e63s. What a way to celebrate my way back. I don't have my window sticker in front of me and cannot remember all my features but here are ones I can recall

This is now my only car. How many of you use yours as your only car?

Congrats! My 2016 GTS is a daily driver and does just fine. These cars are meant to be driven. I have about a total 2 hour commute per day, mostly highway. I live in the Chicago area and drive is year-around. Congrats again and enjoy every moment with your new ride!

As far as being your only car it depends where you live. I know some drive this car in the snow, but this car was not built or designed for it and would make a terrible snow car regardless of what anyone tells you.

Thanks guys. I haven't taken too many pics because I just think the car looks way better in person.
My favorite pic is the soapy one. I have the worlds best detailer. When I bought the car it was filthy. I wouldn't let the dealer wash it at all. I just don't trust them with the paint. I called my detailer on the way home and he opened is shop at 10pm on 12/23 to wash my car! It was just a quick wash. We still need to decontaminate, clay, mild polish and seal.
I live in Houston so no worries of snow.

Well the car felt a little rough on day one. Then I discovered that the dealer had overinflated the tires. I got them down to the recommended specs snd car felt much better on bad roads. Actually, once the tire pressure was correct, the car felt very good.
Then today I had to drive across Houston, one hour, to visit family for Christmas. This drive is all toll roads and freeway. Wow, this car just feels amazing on a practically empty freeway.
