Temporary wheels. Needed new tires and found these with new tires for super cheap. Wanted to see how 20's rode anyways. Not a fan of chrome wheels, but they're not too bad to me.
get the rims sprayed black or plastids them. they will look much nicer on the silver car.
Like mentioned earlier, these are really temporary. Once I wear out these tires, I will prob sell rims for almost what I got them for. In the meantime, I'm continuing my search for the Holy Grail-- wheels I like the look of that aren't too heavy or too expensive.
Since you have the AMG body package, how about some new knock-off 20" AMG wheels? You can find them on Ebay for around $800 for the entire set. Mine came with more aggressive offsets that pushed them further toward the corners. My wheels are just as good of quality as OEM AMG wheels.

Saw those too, but I def don't want anything heavier than OEM at the very least. Lose too much power with that unsprung weight.
These are heavier and I can feel the difference.

Thanks for the advice tho!
The knock-off AMG's definitely are not heavier than OEM.
I put a set of Veemann FS on mine as the load rating is really high for a lighweight wheel and run 10mm spacers all round and love the concave on the rear

Those rims are just begging for some big time curb rash.

I think OP's wheels in chrome look good on that car. I wouldn't' change it.
I'll add only - I must be getting old (40), I mounted my snows recently (17" Michelin X-Ice on a cheapo 5 mag from TireRack) and prefer the ride much more than the 19" AMG's on Pirellis. The car feels noticeably more... quietly secure, the "thunks" more subdued, never feels like I'm biting into anything. And really haven't lost much in the way of lateral bite / or noticed an increase in side-wall roll (very noticeable with some Blizzaks I had on a different car).
I know there are better tires than Pirellis, but I fear I'm finally getting to the point where I'd prefer a nice fat soft side-wall on some 17" rims over looking sharp...
There are some neighborhoods in Chicago where those wheels would be very popular. Unfortunately, less than 5% of those folks voted for Trump.
So I guess you're saying that you happen to be a trump supporter that doesn't like my wheels? You're entitled to you're opinion. At any rate, I love my car, I love my wheels, and at the end of the day, my opinion of it is what matters

I didn't say any of that. I actually like your car....and my political opinions don't matter in a car forum. I was just trying to be politically correct in describing where I've seen wheels like yours.
Thank you. It's actually a custom color. It's made by DuPont. It's Dupont Hot Hues Dazzling Red. I had it shipped to me at one point, and it was damaged entirely. I didn't see the point of painting it back the iridium silver that it was.
DaveW68 is right. The Barolo red is close, unless you see the cars together. Then they look absolutely nothing alike.

I've actually never seen a Borolo red one in person. My buddy had one and I had sent him a part of mine that was painted so he can see how far off the color was. id agree that it is a nice color though. I don't think the ride changes with wheels though... mine is the same with or without. only difference is I can go faster around corners on the big wheels.

The car will absolutely have a rougher ride with 22" wheels with rubber band tires than 18-19" wheels on standard size tires. 22" wheels require smooth roads all the time as they are easy to bend when hitting a pothole or something hard on the road.
