I have a mint condition black panoramic roof for sale that have a light gray interior and sunshade and everything are intact. Pictures coming in just a minute. It is located in North Miami, Florida. I was going to pay to have it shipped to me up here, but decided against it since my SL73 I bought already has one, and my old SL600 has already been sold.

i read somewhere that it is very heavy, is that true?
the one i have now isn't exactly light, but i don't think it's the weight that i have trouble with, rather its size
my 996's top is much smaller and a lot more "rounded", so it's very easy to move around with another person
but the SL's has proven to be quite large
can you give me some insight on how heavy the pano roof is in comparisson to the normal one? is it really that much big a deal?

Never taken any exact measurements, but it isn't much heavier than the aluminum top at all. Not any appreciable difference anyway. if you can lift and transport your aluminum top, then you can lift and transport a panoramic.
SL, just sent you an email.

The aluminum top is approx. 72 lbs. and the pano top is approx. 94 lbs. so pano is 22 lbs. heavier.

Oops, I transposed two numbers. The aluminum top is 74 lbs. and the pano top is 92 lbs. so pano is actually only 18 lbs. heavier.Originally Posted by m&m's RED
