Parts needed, where to look?
I jsut picked up a 97 SL500, all black, very nice. It needs a few odds and ends, maybe you can help me source them.
1. Passenger side fog lamp assembly
2. Rear view mirror housing or assembly (the glass is fine but i doubt i can just pick up the housing), the one inside the car.
Other than that, the car is tip top. I am suprised at how fast and smooth it is and look forward to many miles of enjoyment. Ill post pics as soon as the weather here clears up and I can snap a few.
Thanks in advance!
Eric

Upon looking at that site all I came up with is one page, http://www.mbpartsonline.com/parts.html?Chassis=129 it has 2 parts for our cars, one of which is sold out. Did I miss something?

Potomac German is one of the country's largest MB recyclers with inventory that changes rapidly, often faster than they can get it listed on their website. Call them for the specifics you need-

There are many Internet parts sites but they do not carry all of our car parts.
If you know the M-B p/n here are a couple of great OEM parts sites.

http://www.mbeugene.com/ou/eugene-me...ts_order_parts
This is a Russian site that can help you with M-B p/n.
