went to put roof down windows won’t come down to start the sequence

I can put windows down using window switches and roof sequence will start when I hit button

any suggestions

So when I hit the soft top button the roll bar goes down but the windows do not

it proceeds to do steps 3 , 4 and 5 and than it stops

will not go beyond that unless I lower the windows by the window switches

I probably should have asked if you have reset your window cycle. If not, I would do that next. At the same time, lower windows all the way and hold for 5 seconds, then raise all the way and hold for 5 seconds. This should get your windows back in sync (if windows are closed and you open door, they will drop..etc)

after reset, try the cycle again.

with the charts and steps provided, you can isolate the switch that maybe bad.
