LOL! When i worked at the dealership, I once drove a Maybach 57 to Walmart, and then to Wendy's. It got lots of attention. About 10 years ago, a guy that owned a wealth management firm in the office building where I worked owned several high-end cars, including an SLR, a Lambo, and others. Ocne day, i did a double-take when I saw him in the SLR at the Taco Bell drive-thru. The guy had to have tacos, I guess.

I so love this car, got my first big 600 mile open road blast in her on the roads I used to love as a motorcyclist, and she is just such a joy to hustle along at a brisk pace. Here's a few snaps of her over the last month.

2007 Aegean blue sl550. That's what the original sticker says the color is. Took 9 months to find but worth every waiting minute.

Installed a rear diffuser today, this week i will have the exhaust built, using quad 4" tips that's on my current white SL

Yes i wrapped it, bad cellphone picture of it, it's nice when the sun hits it and captured with a good camera.
