Tire pressure monitors

New wheels, new sensors - BERU from Tirerack, drove the car for 5 minutes - still same message - like the values will show up / will be displayed after a couple of minutes of driving - so, should i drive it more than 5 minutes or take it to the dealer to reset the computer ??? thx.

I still have problems with the tire pressure monitors - today finally I drove the car for 30 minutes and still no reading out of the monitors although I activated the reading 3-4 times

Wheels ANTERA (designed to accomodate tire pressure monitors)
sensors BERU 315mhz transmitter and Beru 49mm long valve stem

At least i do NOT get the message " Tire pressure monitors not found "

So, any help here ? thx.

Problem solved - Tire rack sent wrong sensors - on the invoice they were 315 mhz sensors but in fact they were 433 mhz ( european specs ) - i got the 315 mhz and had them installed at the dealer - but ... red message - INACTIVE - this problem solved, too - the guys left the other sensors in the trunk so there were 8 sensors total - everything works fine now

Curious why couldn't they use your oem sensors. For my rims they just removed the stem where the sensors were embedded and plugged it in the new rims. i did not have any problems with it.

i'm planning to keep the OEM wheels for 2 reasons - 1.winter 2. in case of any ABC / SBC problem they have no reason to blame the aftermarket wheels
