In the first picture it looks just right in terms of ride height. How much did you lower it?

Awesome.

(I'd like to vote the V8 badges off too .. they just look out of place)

Maybe an angled V8 emblem would look better? (Do they make those?)

Just curious what did the wald kit run you out the door painted and installed?
with 21" rims and lowered, that would be the hottest looking SL i've seen

that kit really does wonders for the non-sport kit.. beautifully designed...

M6 Gran Coupe
Beautiful car. I usually think the chrome headlight trim looks tacky on the other models, but it looks awesome on the SL. I wish Schatz had made that upper slat for the grille one piece too that covered the top part of the star. Very very nice though.

How far are you going to lower it? It looks pretty darn low already....isn't it? I would be afraid of scraping the bottoms of the side skirts or air dams.

Emblems - MB dealer or ebay
Lowering ? 1.5" front, 2" rear - using the SDS - there is a topic somewhere on the forum regarding using the SDS software at the service dept and lowering the car !

Was the install pretty difficult? Did they have to drill into your existing body, or was it a simple bolt on?

The side skirts were completely removed and exchanged, front spoiler and rear apron are just add-ons glued with a synthetic rubber compound and screwed to the stock pieces
