Yup, dealers. I was shocked when i saw the AMG badge this morning.
Was it out the door price?
Sounds a little pricey for an 04, an MBWorld member recently got an 05 Sport for $92K with 3,800 miles! Why does it say ///AMG on the rear trunk lid? Dealers

A lot of MB models that have the AMG sports package have the AMG logo. It is NOT the owner trying to be a cheapass.

it's on eBay as well...at least it looks a lot like it. i've most definitely made up my mind...04 SL6 for me! i'll get the AMG rear in order when i get it. too bad i'm not ready to purchase because i would like that renntech upgrade as well

i'm so damn wishy-washy...after reading a few more threads, it's sounding like i would be happier with the AMG...i'm looking for more of a sports car feel. i have a v12 already so i get to enjoy the tq on a daily basis...but i want a sporty hard-top convertible.

I just think the asking price of 88k from the dealer is out of wack...there are 05 SL600's with lower mileage going for 90ish...

I dont think its stage 2. No mention of the CF airbox. However, the car has decklid spoiler and wheels from Renntech.
