might sell the sl for a new maserati.. looking niiice..
what do you guys think? looks like maserati got it right with the next generation model.. the convertible might be some stiff competition for the sl if it is priced right...

2007 SL55 Renntech Stage 3
Friend of mine has a Maserati. He hates it. Nice looking car, but always in the shop for something. He has plenty of money so he can drive what he wants. Owns an Lambo, E55, SL55 and Bentley too. He says the SL55 is the best car he has ever owned.

Isn't that a step down, as I thought the current Maser coupe has 400 hp?
Off topic, but speaking of new cars, I'm really digging the new CL63. I thought it looked like crap when the new CL class debuted, but AMG has really done wonders. I'd consider that one when it comes time to sell the SL!

Personally I don't care for the nose, especially in this photo. The rest of the lines look good to me, though.
I couldn't give up the retractable hard myself, although maybe Maserati will release a retractable hard top Sypder later on.

New Maser should be quite nice; did they replace the F1 type gearbox with the auto six speed as in the sedan? Apparently the new gearbox in the sedan has made for a much improved driving experience.

Says that the engine will be the same Ferrari 4.2 L 400 HP, or possibly 4.7 L 470 HP engine. Even if they detuned it for the US, they wouldn't detune to 300 HP. The article says that it'll be the 6 speed automatic, not the F1.

get it with the cambiocorsa transmission! ,- we have the Quattroporte F1 (there is a new ZF Auto trans), and it is an excellent car full of character, driving a maserati is like driving a mature Ferrari, you can put it this way
