Dyna mode

Has anyone with a non-amg sl had any luck invoking dyno mode.
I tried the key-in-position-1, press reset 3 times, nothing happening on the display. shucks.

Maybe got to have c/s/m feature thats in amg cars for it to work.

Why are trying to get into DYNO mode? Are you having your car dyno'd?

No, just to see if it is so equiped. Doesnt seem so.
I got the feeling only AMG cars have dyno mode.
I tried the steps nothing happened in display area of my 550.

Dyno Mode

Dyno Mode Will Work On A Non-amg Car As Well. Done This Many Times. It Will Be In The Same Screen As If You Were Re-setting Your Service Light. In Other Words This Should Only Be Performed By A Technician Ive Seen Too Many People Crash And Burn When A "friend" Put Their Car In Dynomation Mode. But To Answer Your Question Yes It Will Work

thanks, I'll check it out, maybe things are different model 2007 cars, I assume you have done it on newer cars too?

I appreciate the caution, but I dont undedrstand it, I dont understand what the risks are.
