Looks hot. Silver on Berry Red is a great combination. Much better than the original 2003 Launch edition color.

The 09 SL550 looks real nice. Nice color combination on the Launch Edition.
Since there is no wood on the steering wheel it may not feel as hot as my 07 50th Edition. I turn the wheel 180 degrees when I park now.

Basically same chassis and engine as 2008. New bumpers, grille, front fenders, and hood. New AT on high end models.

Exactly!!! This is exactly what the dealer told me an my girlfriend yesterday when we went to go look at the car.

So..... with that being said, I'll bet my best credit card that someone will take a 2003 SL and somehow boost a 2009 oem body kit and hack it up as a 2009. Just watch!
