Is the two tone (black/white) interior available on the SL55?
I'm number 2 on my dealer's waiting list, and am surprised that they still do not have the available options list for a car that is going to be built in several months.

this may help, this is whats offered in europe
SL 55 AMG design and equipment: bumpers and side skirts with AMG bodystyling exude power
Prominent details emphasise the sporty lines of the SL-Class
18-inch wheels with multi-spoke design and four chromed exhaust pipes
Leather, Alcantara and aluminium for maximum interior exclusivity
****pit instruments featuring sporty AMG styling
High-tech systems as standard
The dynamic aura exuded by the SL-Class is reinforced by a modified bumper at the front end which, in the lower area especially, demands attention with its prominent spoiler edges and now classic AMG appearance. These details emphasise the width of the body and thus make it appear even more powerful. The grille on the cooling air opening is made of expanded metal with a black finish whilst the integral fog lamps are also eye-catching thanks to their sophisticated clear glass look.
The side skirts are a continuation of the AMG bumper's athletic lines and thus create a sweeping link to the rear section. Here too, there can be no mistaking where the emphasis of the SL 55 AMG lies: four oval-shaped chromed tailpipes, protruding in pairs from a black metal grille housed in the lower section of the bumper, symbolise the immense power contained within this high-performance sports car. Other distinguishing features include the partially darkened glass covers on the tail lights and the attractive 18-inch multi-spoke wheels. Fine materials and sporty details in the interior
Supreme sporting flair and maximum exclusivity - these are the major characteristic features of the SL 55 AMG, and are signified as soon as one opens the door by the AMG logo on the etched and polished aluminium door sill. In addition to this, leather, Alcantara and aluminium abound to create the power Roadster's plush interior ambience.
Leather with an exclusive AMG perforation pattern and design covers the integral seats. The powerful contours of the backrest side cushions distinguish them from their counterparts in the SL 500. The seats therefore offer even better lateral support when cornering at speed. A silver-plated plaque bearing the AMG logo graces the top of the backrests.
Alcantara covers the instrument cluster shroud and also gives a soft and pleasant feel to the front of the automatic selector lever.
Aluminium forms the basis for the trim in the centre console and on the door panelling. The metal is rolled and anodised to create a matt surface with a sand-cast effect. This metal look mirrors the technology at the heart of the Roadster: the compressor and the charge air lines beneath the bonnet display the same metallic effect.
Three colour combinations for individualisation of the interior
Furthermore, there are a host of carefully thought-out details which further emphasise the AMG sports car's special character. These details include, by way of example, the decorative seams on the dashboard, on the centre console and on the door panelling as well as in the rear compartment, which are made to stand out by the subtle use of contrasting colours. Customers can choose from three colour combinations to individualise the AMG interior:
black/graphite or
alpaca dark grey/alpaca grey or
black/berry red.
Silver-coloured symbol dials in the ****pit instruments
One further prominent interior design detail remains permanently within the driver's field of vision: the ****pit instrumentation with red needles, silver-coloured symbol dials and classic AMG digits. The lower sections of the speedometer (up to 300 km/h) and rev counter (up to 7000 rpm) display the "AMG" and "V8 Kompressor" logos. The steering wheel rim is also a prominent feature by virtue of its bold and ergonomic design, allowing drivers to always keep a firm grip on their high-performance sports car.

I am in the same boat. #1 on list, but know options available, and not a clue from the dealer... Grrr...
The same thing happened with the SLK32 AMG, when I went to the dealer to inquire. He did not believe me until I showed him photo's of the car, and other information.
He told me that there are times when they know nothing of the car until a month before they receive them??? How can this be, when no one has chosen options, colors, etc.??
RAB? Any comments on why most dealers, yourself excluded, are so clueless?
I am spending $125k on this car, so in my book they should know it like the back of thier hands, and know about it at least 6 months before delivery?!?!?!?
