Leather Seat (Wear)

Check out this picture of my drivers seat, notice the wear around the stitching and also the scratches in the leather. Is there anything that can be done about this???

Stephen,

I have used the leather dye from leatherique on several occasions with extremely good results. the web site is: www.leatherique.com. I just checked and they do have as a standard color the stone dye.
Recently I used the porcelain dye on my wife's Designo S550 to cover a spot on the seat where she transfered red from her slacks on to the seat bolster---the color match was 100% perfect. I have also used it on a leather sofa approximately 2 years ago and the durability is perfect. Highly recommended.

Do they have the "charcoal" color for the SL?

I realize that the charcoal color for the SL is different from other models. The SL has a slight tint of green to it.

Stephen,

You will need the prep agent and the dye. Since you are going to do such a small area I would buy the 8oz. size. Give them a call at 877-395-3366. You will find them to be very helpful.
