One of the main reasons I moved away from my home state of Massachusetts. I was DONE with winters.

LOL... and, that leads me to the reason I'm considering LA or SD for my next home.

Hey max is the weight of the snow on top of your roof good for it? I would hate to have your SL sit there for like 2 days with all that wet snow on the roof.

Sure Do Not Miss It!!!

I remember the hours spend digging out cars when I used to live up in the north east.

I sure do not miss it at all.

Advantage of living in the south is that you can drop the roof down quite often.

My last couple of years in MA I had a 528e that I put studded snow tires on. I had a LOT of fun driving with that setup. Total control unless I wanted to play Dukes of Hazzard. A blip of the throttle and I could control skid all day long. Best part about it is if a cop saw you doing it he wouldn't give you any crap, he'd just assume you had good control to keep your car on the road.

I took this photo a few weeks ago. Ann Arbor doesn't normally get a lot of snow but we set an all-time record last year and this year is running at about the same pace.
