If I weren't about to buy a Star Diagnostic System, I'd have to give this some serious thought. This is when I wish I had a white SL. Carbon fiber just gets lost on a black car.
This brings back memories of the E63 diffuser G/B.

It would be the same price... They are very similar parts, the only difference is the exhaust opening size. You are welcome to try, however I do not think it will be easy, as you see from this...
