Hello,
I'm a new member here and currently in Asia looking for some carbon fiber parts for my 2003 SL500. I was looking for cf rear spoiler & front lip. Couldn't find any rear diffuser to fit my car so I started to search and found your posts by accident. I didn't know that it had to be custom order. If the last rear diffuser is still available, I would be interested. I will be back in San Francisco on April 1st and will email my car pics to EuroTeck to make sure it fits my car. If it does, I'll buy one for sure.

I'm not sure if it is the AMG sport package.......looks like it, but when I get back to the states this weekend, I'll email you the front & back of the car. But it does look a lot like the previous SL550 pics with the black plastic rear cover you posted in the earlier thread. Hopefully it fits because I want to update the look of my car.

Also, to update you guys. We got the rear bumper on Tuesday, it is being prepped, and started on ASAP! we will be posting pictures a long the way.

OK guys, just confirmed my order with Neal today. I think the last CF rear diffuser is going off to San Francisco. Hopefully, people will now mistake my car for an SL65......hahahaha.

Well, its a little early for a delivery date. Right now we are first making the prototype. Once that is done, we will make a mould, and make 1 part, test fit it, if all is well, then we make the rest. The prototype should be completed in about a week and a half to 2 weeks...I want to show pictures of the current process, but I can't, we use very unique methods of how we get the bumper impression to make the diffuser from, and we do not want competitors learning our secrets.
Here is a picture of our SL bumper we are using that we chopped the sides from. Now you see why we cannot use a customers car to make these parts!

If I wanted to add the amg quad exhaust tips to make it look like an sl55, will that be possible in the future? Or some trimming to the diffuser is necessary?

It would not fit... Now, if you were willing to cut/trim, then it is possible. The best thing to do is measure any tips you are interested in, then measure your stock opening to see how much it would need to be cut. It may be something small. But for the AMG tips, I think it would need to much.

I just mentioned yesterday that the fins were being finished then attached then all sprayed in primer. That does not take 1 day, things usually need to be adjusted or tweaked. It will be a few more days till I have worthy pictures. Please rest assured, the minute anything is done you will all be the first to see pictures within minutes of its completion.
