You know, sometimes in life, you think you're all set. You've got what you need, and you don't feel obligated to dote upon yourself any longer. I've got enough pairs of shoes, right? Why must I have that those Salvatore Ferragomo's sitting in the window? Do I really need that Patek Philippe? It's just a watch, correct? It's not gonna keep me from being late to my appointment at The Grooming Lounge? How much is that shave and manicure going to cost me anyway?
For me, this is not that time. I YEARN for that new pair of shoes, I MUST have that Patek sitting atop my wrist, and we all should be getting that manicure. Lavish upon those you care about first, but don't forget to satisfy yourself.
That SL you see pictured below is my passion, my love affair, and the thing that I wish to dote upon, at this time.
You see, my SL600 always commands my full attention. Like a concerned parent, I've always got one eye on her, making sure that a passer-by isn't getting too close. I keep a roof over her head, I make sure she has food, bathe her regularly, and when the time is needed, she goes in for her regular check-ups.
But it's the shoes.......those shoes, that's my achilles heel. My child must have the best shoes. Right now, the best shoes on the market are made by Vossen. These 20" VVS CV3s are the perfect fit. Her stride looks glorious in them, and I don't remember ever seeing a pair of shoes look so good, doing absolutely nothing. She adores her new shoes, loves to show them off. Now, the passers-by come even closer. If nothing else, just to get a closer glimpse of those new shoes.
My baby has found her ruby red slippers. And no matter how hard that witch tugs at them, they're never coming off.
And with that gentlemen, let me present: My baby's ruby reds.

What tire sizes are we looking at here? After seeing the matte black SL in their gallery, I have been considering buying VVS CV2s over the winter if I end up keeping my SL (which I am really leaning towards doing after coming home, getting it out of storage, and taking that first ride in over a year).
