SL/R230: AMG IV wheels
It seems that some of you are saying that it is not possible without modifying the rear wings of the car. Some are saying it is not necessary. What is the truth ?
Any trouble with this setup ?
Thanks for the replies
the two-piece Styling IV. The two piece ones fit as per factory brochure.
The one-piece ones will need spacers and their width is not the same as factory specs.
AMG wheels IV multi pieces for SL500 only in 19"
The question is still opened. do we need to modify the body of the car or not on the rear ?:o
Thanks for the good sense of humor, we really need this nowadays. This said thanks for your offer. The problem is now the following :
No objection to buy these wheels from you providing
1. the price is competitive
2. they can be airfreight to .... Switzerland
3. official AMG certificate for these wheels to be provided in order to successfully registered them in Switzerland with the Authorities in charge of homologation
If all the 3 points above are met we can discuss further
Nice day in Canada
Hi Harris

1. & 2. My price is always competitive, but if the wheels were sent from Germany to Canada and from Canada to Switzerland, it will not be competitive anymore, especially by Air.
3. This could be done but as I stated above, there's no point for you to buy the wheels at a much higher price from me. I think it will be much cheaper for you to order directly from AMG Germany.
Good luck!!!
