ABC light
I drove around a corner approaching my house heard a bang ABC light came on smelled oil pulled into my driveway saw fluid running down driveway. Don't know if it's a hose or what any ideas. And how much the cost?

It could be a hose which I guess is the best result. You can also look around the struts. Be careful not to drive it with low fluid since you will more than likely damage the pump too. I don't know what the other guys say but I would have it towed to your local indy.

It's definitely a leaky hose. It happened to me a few months ago and my Indy has to take the fender off to reach the hose that leaked but was able to fix it. The cost was a little over a grand due to the intensity of the labor.
Do look around the struts but I doubt if they are an issue. Again, don't drive the car with low fluid as it can damage the pump.
Good luck!

Smart move. Don't start the engine. You will kill the ABC pump. 98% this is a failed hose; all the symptoms add up. Good news is this is a pretty simple repair, and not that expensive if you didn't blow the pump. In fact, this is a possible DIY repair if you've done any amount of work on your car and have the tools. Good job getting the car shutdown quickly once you heard the sound and had the light.

Hosed....
I have the same problem with a blown hose. I'm wondering if it is possible to just replace the hose section, rather than having to replace the whole line. The line that ruptured seems to go around the back of the engine and to the right hand strut. If anyone has been able to fix this with hose repair I'd sure like to know how to get it done. Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.....

Hoses...
It is the hose that comes from/to the fitting that is marked with a "P" on the metering block. It appears that the hose was probably in the process of failing for some time and then just blew altogether. I was getting the white ABC drive carefully intermittently and for just a second when the car went over a dip in the road but the car was fine other than that. If you take the left front wheel arch/inner fender panel out you will be able to see the lines and hoses. I would love to know if just the hose section can be replaced possibly with a hard line if anyone knows or what to expect if it can't and the whole line needs to be replaced......
