Hello.
Today I had a chance to install the "old" model of headlight. Many of you have wondered is there space enough for the 3" CAI tube. Yes there is space enough. As much as the facelift headlight has. No problem at all so my CAI system fits also SL65AMG / SL600 and CL65AMG / CL600 with the old style head lights.
Maybe all 55AMG's also.

Finally the new HE exchanger has been installed.
I love the look.. I think this is the best place for the exchangers. No heat from the engine. So now I have 3 HE at my car. Very interesting too se how much suction temperature drops
. It was very tight everywhere. No space at al. I had to do new engine oil hoses also because it was so tight.

E55 AMG 4-matic
I got a kleemann tuned SL65 with 010 pump but hate the intermittent loss of power because og temperature.
Need to do something with the air intake.
Kleemann are not so keen on installing downpipes. I guess that's because it gives me new problems until I reconstruct the inlet system. I want to do that on 2 cars and are interested in every mod you can sell me that gives a good result.
