New Reman received today and the neck for the tank is clocked wrong it runs right into the intercooler coolant tube. This car hates me.....

Sounds like an easy fix, vise grip on the side and tap it out with a hammer then back in...stay tuned

Turned it over by hand, then primed it with air.....then had a Mercedes tech come over with STAR and he followed the process he uses at the dealer, and he is at a larger one...and nothing. It would get to 12-15 and back to 4....
Odd the last pump was good to go from the start by it came with fluid in it

Did your reman come with a new suction restrictor valve? Some don't. That could have been the issue.
FWIW, I bought an AC Delco reman unit from rock auto for about $230, but mine was leaking out of the front seal, not having pressure issues.

I tested the suction valve.....it was fine. Are you saying the AC delco leaked or the one you replaced was leaking?

Man, I wish you the best of luck in finding the problem. You had me thinking about my ABC system so I took a look at the fluid a couple days ago and it was real cloudy. The dealer that sold the car informed me that a complete flush was performed before I picked her up. Looking back at my service records, it appeared that they only replaced 4 quarts (liters) and the filter so... I've officially wrote them off! I brought my baby to my regular Indi. shop today (they work on bigger stuff on my Porsche) where they performed a complete rodeo/flush and filter replacement. They also replaced the serpentine belt and did a oil/filter service.

The AC Delco has been flawless so far. My original pump was leaking. I still have the old pump, I was planning to reseal it in case the reman one didn't hold up, but so far it's been great and I haven't bothered.

Yeah they were in and out of stock when I was looking for one. My car was down so I was in a bit of a rush but I was able to get it without too much delay luckily.

New record pulled the ABC in 1hr and 20 minutes...4th pump arrived today...EPA has also designated my garage as a hazardous waste zone due to all of the CHF 11S...although my floors are now waterproof

1)Factory pump failed
2)A1CArdone-pressure too low 124 bar
3)Delta Parts(Ebay)-4 bar of pressure after bumping it with air etc
4)Pacific Parts Exchange/America Technologies
Too early to call it a success but more promising than others; got a red code after the car sat last night that went away after restart...seems to be some air in the system.
Rebuilders seem to be a crap shoot, although now an ABC pump change takes me only about 3hrs

Seems like you have to be very careful where you buy a remanufactured pump from. I have just replaced a pump myself, but I checked the feedback and ratings before I went a head. Pacific Parts I remember where one of the better ones, but I am based in the uk, so was too far, and I could get a cheaper remanufactured one from Poland, who had very good feedback.
Well done for not giving up. I think its better to get the job done sooner, than later.
These pumps can get damaged very quickly if not primed properly before starting.

All rebuilders have some negative feedback, what you don't know are the ones where a refund is given...I don't think you get to put the feedback on ebay

Well it appears pump 3 has a failure of the o-ring sealing the front and back of the pump, going to check my banjo but it is tight, was easy to thread and all of the fluid seems to be from the center section

Wow. You make me feel very lucky with mine, it's not leaked a drop. Although, as I say that, i'm sure it will now leak everywhere.
there's a place in pompano near me that rebuilds and sells on ebay, might be worth a shot. Smaller buisness, father/son type operation, been doing it a long time. I was gonna go with them but ended up saving about $200 by going with the AC Delco reman unit I have.

So it gets more interesting, Pacific Rebuilders got the pump back and I call them to see if they will be sending a replacement. Well now they will not send a replacement until I drop my return request with Ebay.
I called Ebay and they advised absolutely not....do not close it as its your only protection, additionally it can be resolved with a return pump or refund. This keeps getting worse
