SL/R230: Question re box in trunk

Question re box in trunk
Being new to owning an MB, and being somewhat hands on, I am curious about things I dont recognize. Can anyone tell me what the little grey box behind the spare in the trunk is? Is it the tpm module? Has what looks like an airline attached, and some sort of connector in the back. 2011 SL550

thought anyone that had an sl550 would know what it is. It’s grey, about 31/2”x 21/2 or so about 1” thickl. New to forum, not sure how to add pic just now

not to contradict that you say this is the pse pump, but when I️ google the pse pump, everything says it’s in the trunk on the left side under the roof pump. This small bix is in the center rear of the trunk. If I’m wrong pls correct me as I️ don’t really know what is where in sl550, do I’m trying to learn
