No one asked if BOTH windows do this... If so, obviously is an electronic programming issue vs a mechanical one....

Did you ever get your window issue fixed? Did you have to purchase a whole new window regulator or was there another part you were able to replace/repair to fix your window issue. I'm having the same exact issue and want to know what I'm getting myself into before tearing the door apart.... Thanks..

At the bottom of the door there are some plugs. Remove them and see if you find any bits of plastic. Stick you finger in and sweep it around. I found some. It indicated that the plastic cams that the window regular cables have broken. When I removed the panel I found that the cable had fouled around the broken cam. I had to order and replace the regulator assembly. Not a hard job but you will need an extra set of hands to hold and lift the window glass
