Purchased a 05 SL500 - Need advice

Hello all, I have recently purchased a 2005 SL500 from a local listing out of a front end collission (No structural damage) and have a myriad of issues I'm trying to deal with at the moment, I will list them below and plan on undertaking most (if not all of them) on my own. I have a few questions I have not been able to find in any threads.
Any advise of help would be greatly appreciated.

Main issues
-Battery light on dash (right after I replaced trunk battery with a new one)
Accelerator pedal sensor error code (car is also in limp mode)
Error code for front left level sensor
Vario roof not engaging (Roll bar goes up and down fine)
When I start the car I hear a hissing sound from the front drivers side wheel wheel ( Accumilators??)
Trunk will not shut and hold ( It keeps bumping back up)
Navigation screen turns off after about 20 seconds of turning on
Horn not working
Driver door window doesnt go up or down
Hazard light button does not work (Blinkers work though as well as brake lights)

What I would like to know is that
If the car is in limp mode will this prevent the roof from going down?
Does the level sensor have anything to do with the roof not going down?
How do I test the PSE pump for a leak? ( I dont have a star scanner)
Does the fact that the driver window not go down have anything to do with the roof? I have tried synchronizing the windows and it still doesnt go down.
If the trunk battey is charged will I get a light if the starter battery is low?
How do I test the k57 module to know if it works?
Is it absolutely necassary to replace the accumilators if this is the source of the hissing sound? Or can I drive with them hissing that way.
Any idea on the hazard button or horn not working?

Hope any advice can help/

I also want to ask if the roll bar is going up and down without any issues does that mean that the hydraulic pump is full and working fine, if the fluid was low this would not work either correct?

I'll take a shot.
Your car has 2 batteries so maybe the starter battery is bad. It's the one under the hood to the right. If it's low it can throw a code but still have enough to start.

When the top is activated it cracks all the windows. If your window won't operate chances are the top won't operate. Just guessing on this one.

What volts should I be getting when the car is off and running on the starter battery?
Also if the driver window regulator is bad will that throw a code?

I would hope for 12+ volts on the starter battery. Not sure about the regulator throwing a code.

You need to check the vehicle power supply module for codes. Get yourself a Star Diagnosis clone.

Most likely you need to replace your accelerator pedal. To verify this is the case use Star Diagnosis to read the voltages on the pedal as you move it through its range of travel.

Since you don't state the code, I can not offer advice.

Use Star Diagnosis to see which prerequisites for operating the roof are not being me.

No.

No.

Access the PSE pump and detach the vacuum lines. Connect a hand-held vacuum pump/gauge and test each line individually and verify they hold vacuum.

Possibly.

Possibly.

Apply 12 volts to the relay coil and verify the armature pulls the contacts closed. With the contacts closed measure the resistance between them -- you should get zero ohms.

I've not known accumulators to ever hiss. At any rate, you can drive with the accumulators if they are in fact hissing.

The button and horn contacts are possibilities, of course. Star Diagnosis can make short work of these types of problems. Get one. Their only $250-$300.

just checked with multimeter, 12.5V off and 13.5 when running, about the same for the main battery.
The window now shuts the last 1/4 on the driver side when the door is shut but the actual window wont go down when I push the switch inside the door,
I'm assuming that if it cranks when I open and close the door the actuator is working? and that it maybe just the switch inside the door.

I'm also getting error code P2123 For increased idle speed due to low sbc voltage, do you know what could be causing this?

It is quick and effortless to check the switch with Star Diagnosis, not so much without it.

The SBC controller is reading a low supply voltage. I do not know whether it gets the voltage from the CAN or measures it for itself. I'd use Star Diagnosis to connect to both the SBC and vehicle power supply modules and see what each reports for the voltage.
