If you have described everything that does not work and not failed to mention significantly more, then I can not even guess at a diagnosis with the information on hand. You may find something on a wiring diagram; the complete set is here: R230 ETM 64. Ultimately, you may have no recourse but to use Star Diagnosis or Foxwell NT510.

Control unit N80 (Steering colomn modul) Is not transmitting data on the Can bus
Control unit N22 (AAC `KLA` control and operating unit) Is not transmitting data on the Can bus
Control unit N10/8 (Rear SAM control modul) Is not transmitting data on the Can bus
Control unit N80 (Steering colomn modul) Is not transmitting data on the Can bus

"...is not transmitting data on the CAN..." faults are typically set when the car has been idle, and the rear battery voltage is low. In these instances they can be ignored. If iCarsoft distinguishes currently active faults from ones which were active in the past as Star Diagnosis does, then you may find these faults are not current, and if you erase them they do not return.

Since you have iCarsoft, you likely do not need anything more at this time.
