Customer Concern: Vehicle makes noise on start up from the hydraulic suspension lines

Tests/Procedures:
1. Inspect all hose routing and mounts for leakage and damage.
2. Inspect front, rear, and middle valve blocks for worn or loose mounts.
3. With factory scan tool perform the function "Rodeo" to bleed out any potential air in system.
4. With the vehicle on a drive-on rack, operate suspension raise and lower switch, while listening to hydraulics for noise and feel for large amounts of vibrations.
5. Replace the hydraulic pulsation dampener per TSB.
Tech Tips: Hydraulic suspension holds 4 pressure pulsation dampeners. Three on the high side and one on the low side. The low side dampener is located behind the left front wheel tucked up in the fender. It is also recommended to flush out old fluid and replace filters, see factory work information for repair instructions.

- Vehicle would have noise from the ABC pump 1 minute after startup and only got worse. If we removed the p/s reservoir cap the fluid was aerated. But not if the vehicle was off. What about ignition/coil failures? I am chasing a bank shutting down under any load, and even after throwing 2 fresh coil packs from V12icpack in there it made it worse. Transformer was scoped while issue occurs and does not drop voltage, I'm working on swapping in a good used M/E and if not will send my transformer to Clark for testing anyway.
This is great information; is it from US dealerships or world wide ?

Understand how this works, some dealer workshop creates a case, then it gets locally or hotline solved
When I type misfire, I get a 1-50 results, all different cases
so what I post are cases, other misfire cases will follow
these are cases to help workshops find solutions, in no way strict manuals
the documentation avaible are all scans from EPC - WIS and Xenrty, there is no way I post these tons of documents each time
