Every fuse that I saw indicates that it is "hot at all times". Is that literally true or is that with the key in the run position?
Are these diagrams based on the last model year of the R230?

After looking at the diagrams again, it appears there must be relays in the control modules that power the circuits as appropriate. Is that it?
