I have no chart, but I can offer a complete set of wiring diagrams which are part of the Electrical Troubleshooting Manual and include the "Starfinder" application which shows a picture of the location of every fuse in the vehicle: R230 ETM 64.

Or would it be a simple matter to pick up a correct replacement chart at a dealer?

The chart in the prior post is for the fuse box behind the left seat within the passenger compartment. The charts for the two fuse boxes under the hood and many other useful documents from the WIS are here.
I imagine a dealer parts department can supply these charts too.

I seem to be struggling with a similar issue. I wanted to pull the fuse to reset my pneumatic pump to see if I can find an air leak in the soft close lock (I know, I can just temporarily disconnect the convenience battery). That's when I discovered I have no fuse charts - according to my manual, it's supposed to be included with the tool kit. Any chance you can provide a link for the remaining fuse charts for 2009 - 2012 R230s? I may be assuming incorrectly that the chart you provided a link to is for the fuse box in the trunk - I think I need the chart for the passenger compartment fuses.

Thanks!!! I wasn't even in the correct module, proving once again how valuable these forums and having access to knowledgeable members are. The fuse charts did raise another question when comparing #31 & #32 which are 40 amp fuses in my car (WDBSK7AA3BF162383) with the charts showing 50 amp fuse ratings. Should I be concerned?
Unfortunately, my little experiment to pull fuse #32 to reset the air pump for my trunk lock didn't seem to accomplish anything. Maybe that trick only applies to the previous generation SLs, but I guess I better save that bit of soft-close trunk lock frustration for another thread.

about the fuse being 40A I wouldn't worry as long as it didn't blow maybe a last moment revision not in WIS
