Keyless entry and start ignition button.
Friends, can someone explain where the problem is? I bought the SL500 2003 with no clue about keyless entry. I received electronic cards with the car. But that does not work. That is, the system itself is checked by a computer, the batteries in the card are checked, but it does not recognize the card. So it is with the Start button. Does not work. Help advice please.

I would check fuse 58 in the rear fuse box. If you are uncertain which fuse that is, then check every fuse, or run the Starfinder application and search for K40/2f58 for a picture of its location. You can download Starfinder along with all of your vehicle's wiring diagrams here.
If the fuse is fine, then I would order a replacement Keyless Go module from eBay for c. $20.

thanks for the explanation and file on OneDrive. The file does not open, my SmartScreen filter in Microsoft Defender identifies it as risky (MSI extension). Windows Installer Could you give me this with another file or upload it to Google Drive?

I replicated your experience on my own laptop and found that when you click on "More Info" at the SmartScreen filter you are then offered a button to run the file "anyway". When you run the application depending upon your security settings you will get warnings about Active X controls which you can safely acknowledge and continue.
Incidentally, if you right-click on a wiring diagram you can then choose to change the behaviour of the mouse cursor to either pan all around or zoom in and out. These diagrams are far superior to those in the WIS, Alldada, and others.
