we all have issue , takes forever under heavy power change gears from 2 to 3 gear, takes like forever, i fixed that easy, drilled out a 2 mm hole on valvebody plate to 4 mm , and bammm , change very fast now from 2 to 3 and 4 gear. I allready have stock this Blue Top SLR solenoids stock on my 2007, earlier models does not have this ones, but when they changed i dont know.

here is video so you easy understand ,what ,where . they not talk about the AMG blue top solenoids .
Just did it too
super easy mod if you are not in a rush
careful, watch little filters (red circles), they might fall out
don't forget to drop them back in the two solenoid holes, those with colored tops, before you put those back
the hole to drill to 4.0MM is pointed with the yellow pen

you welcome, how was yours, huge difference in gear change? Mine changed so fast now,that on full trottle my belt singing for 1/10 of a second . Good picture file for the guys here, specially with this small filters that easy fall out, mine came out, also the plastic small ting can come out when lift plate.

Yes but I learned int the past, when I was 25 I killed a plate with that mistake. all the ***** fall out and more
