Unless you'll find one at the dismantle locations, that's the cheapest you'll get

An alternative is one of the holders that mounts in the tow hook hole. I did that I on one that I didn't want to put holes in the bumper. It might not work with Parktronic if you have that and isn't great in car washes, but I still have a virgin bumper.

virginia requires front and rear plates
ive had my 2003 7/8 years never put front plate on the car
been stopped for speeding but apparently the state troopers think it looks terrible too
