Yes, only silicone on breather covers. Do yourself a favor and replace the small (aluminum?) screws that hold the breather covers down (they are definitely "single use")
They are aluminum due to the covers being magnesium, yes be VERY gentle with them on install, do not use any sort of power tool, if you have them fully cleaned and a fresh bead of silicone they will seal just fine, don't need to be super tight (they will break well before super tight anyway).
The Alloy bolts cleaned up and went back in nicely enough , Cam and breather Covers Vapour Blasted, Coil packs and HT leads cleaned and Duck oiled , plugs checked cleaned and gapped , it actually runs slightly nicer now too !
