SL/R230: 2007 550 SEL 80k
Where should i begin to look for a buyer. What would be the quickest way to sell it.
2) The only way you're going to sell a non-running car is to price it very low. - with it unable to start and drive, there's no way for a buyer to tell what all might be wrong with it. That goes for any car, but a SL550 is a much more complex car than your average Toyota. Any potential buyer will be taking a huge risk that the car may need many thousands of dollars in repairs, so you're basically looking at selling it for $3K-$4K, maybe even less, where a running 2007 SL550 in good shape with 80K miles would probably get close to $15K.
3) If you just want it gone, the absolute quickest way to sell it is to put it in an auction with no reserve. You might only get a few hundred dollars for it, but you would be rid of it. All decent sized cities have auto auctions, or you could just list it on Ebay.
Bottom line, if you want to get anything close to a decent price for the car, it has to be running and driving.
