Trying to rehab a 230 for a friend. Has anyone tried these as a rep, placement for the radio? What success did you have?

This looks interesting; I’m looking to rehabilitate my unit also. Have you viewed the installation instructions? Plug and Play is advertised but not always reality.

What age car? Before 2005, then no it wont fit, and system is D2B. After 2005, then yes should replace the NTG1 with MOST, but you will loose cupholders.

I would like to try something like that, especially if it allows for downloading apps like Spotify and Google Maps.

I purchased a similar type of Android touch screen from AliExpress for my Bentley, and I am very satisfied with it. I imagine someone must have come up with something similar for our SLs.

In the case of my Bentley, there were other people who purchased and installed the screens first, so I just sort of piggy-backed once I knew that they worked. I imagine in this case we would need someone to go ahead and bite the bullet and take the risk of purchasing and installing one first.
