I purchased a similar type of Android touch screen from AliExpress for my Bentley, and I am very satisfied with it. I imagine someone must have come up with something similar for our SLs.
In the case of my Bentley, there were other people who purchased and installed the screens first, so I just sort of piggy-backed once I knew that they worked. I imagine in this case we would need someone to go ahead and bite the bullet and take the risk of purchasing and installing one first.
