SL/R231: problems with OE tuning?
So guys I ordered My GENIUS and tune for my 15 SL550 2 weeks ago, however I seem to have one of the rare cars that they don't have access to my ECU remotely. It sounds like I have to pull the ECU and send it in. Ive had a very difficult time getting a hold of anyone at OE tuning. They rarely answer their phone and out of id say 15 phone messages Jeremy returned my call only once. It seems Jeremy is very busy with many projects and Gabriel is usually not in. At any rate Im just wondering if anyone has access to either Jeremy or Gabriel through different channels. They have requested through email that I send my ECU in to be tuned. My only concern is once I send it that I get it back and the ability to reach someone if it doesn't come back or there is an issue upon installation. I fell Ive been very patient and hope I'm an isolated incident... Anyone else have issues? Should I send in the ECU?? Any help/advice or experiences would be appreciated. UPDATE: OE came thru more staff great service great tune. Thanks Jeremy and and his Wife!!

Above car looks to be on stock springs.
I just sold my White Arrow earlier this week and have these available:
20" Michelin Pilot SuperSports installed only last October, maybe 200 miles on them. Wheels were made using Flow Forming technology. The weight? 22lbs for 20x8.5 and only 25lbs for 20x10. Combined with very light SuperSports the result is extremely low unsprung weight benefiting both handling and ride. This is not a solicitation to sell, just putting out info based on inquiry above.
