2019 SL550/2023 EQS 580 SUV
What Is This Part In The Center Console?
2019 SL.....Detachable flat plastic piece with curved up sides and elastic band going across. Sits at a slant. Please don’t tell me this is supposed to be a cell phone holder?

Supposed to be cell phone holder.

Mine doesn't fit so I use the elastic band to hold USB flash drives

I have a regular sized cell phone and no way I could cram it into this holder!

Looks as if the cell phone holder is as useful as the sunglasses holder above the rear view mirror........
