SL/R231: Removing round AC vent

Removing round AC vent
Anyone ever removed one of these? I can't find a YouTube video for the R231 but similar MB style vents pop out using some kind of pry tool. I'm trying to isolate a little rattle and I think it may be in one of the vents. Just trying to find out if any of out intrepid forum members have any guidance. Thanks.

Sometimes it helps to look at the part to understand how it’s held in place

I typically use thin flexible sheet styrene plastic (sometimes business cards can work too) and get them under the clips as I push the vent in.
I use one under each clip, in this case 4.
